Easy Cheesy Potatoes


  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Melt butter in a large bowl in the microwave
  • Add sour cream, both soups, salt and pepper
  • Stir well - mixture will be thick and creamy
  • Grease a 9 X 13 baking dish
  • Pour 1/2 of the bag of potatoes into the dish
  • Spread on 1/2 of the soup mixture
  • Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese on top of the soup mixture
  • Add last 1/2 of the potatoes
  • Add the rest of the soup mixture
  • Add the rest of the cheese
  • Put in oven and bake for 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to brown on top
  • Take out and sprinkle on crushed up potato chips
  • Bake an additional 10 minutes
  • Let set for 10 minutes after baking before eating - Enjoy!

Potato Chips (may be the end of an existing bag that you already have)


1 Bag of Frozen Cubed Hash Browns

1 Stick of real butter

1 Small container of Sour Cream

1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup

1 Bag of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

Crumbled potato chips
